You can request a downgrade of your SMART Tank at any time by calling customer care. Once your notifications have been cancelled you will no longer receive e-mails notifying you of your weekly tank level and deliveries and any charges to your account will cease. The charge for the month in which you cancel will be prorated based on the cancellation date.
