What are the contract start and finish dates?

Pools will start each month and you have until the end of the month to sign up. The price is valid for the entire calendar month. For example: If a customer calls September 17th their contract would be September 17th, 2015 to August 31st, 2016, having bought in to the pool that would be valid from September 1st, 2015 to August 31st, 2016. If they sign up in mid-October, their Fixed Price would be valid from the date they sign up until September 30, 2016, and so on through the year. Whatever day of the month you sign up you can immediately get the fixed price rate.
