Yes. you will receive a renewal notice 60 days before the end of your Fixed Price contract. The renewal notice will include a new fixed price for the subsequent price term, a renewal/cancellation form and any changes to your agreement. If you don't want to be renewed at the new rate, you have 30 days to notify Superior in writing or by facsimile or e-mail. If we don't hear from you we will automatically reenrol you at your new Fixed Price to ensure your price is set for the next 12 months.
