- Deliveries generally take about two weeks. If your tank is showing less than 20% full and you require urgent delivery, please call 1-87 SUPERIOR (1-877-873-7467).
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Please ensure that our driver has access to the propane tank so he/she can deliver your propane promptly.

- We're happy to offer an equal payment plan to qualified customers that spread the cost of heating your home over 12 months.

- If I wanted to be removed from the plan is there a fee involved?
- There is no fee to come off the plan, however any balance on the account will need to be made in full and your account will be put back on 15 day payment terms.
